This gauge also doubles as a Surface Profile gauge. The special foot and
30deg sharp needle ensures measurements meet the requirements of
AS3894.5-2002 (Surface Profile) and as far as we can ascertain it is the
only gauge available within Australia which complies with the
requirements of this Standard.
Design of the unit permits accuracies equivalent to an electronic
surface trace.
The gauge can also be used for pit and crack depths.
Max Range 0-10mm, Resolution 0.001µm; range adjustable.
Max Range 0.5inch, Resolution 0.00005inch.
