Defelsko PosiTector 6000 KITFN3RT Advanced Inspection Kit

DeFelsko PosiTector Inspection Kits contain a PosiTector gauge body and 3 probes - 6000 Series coating thickness, dew point meter and surface profile or Testex gauge including all accessories in a hard shell carrying case.

Applications

• DeFelsko PosiTector Inspection Kits are available with either a PosiTector SPG Probe or Testex RTM gauge - see below for options
• Measures coating thickness on ferrous and non-ferrous metals from 0 to 1500um or from 0 to 6mm depending on kit selected
• Measures surface profile up to 500um (SPG Kits) or using Testex Tape (...RT Kits)
• Measures environmental conditions including temperature, humidity and dew point
• DeFelsko PosiTector probes and gauge bodies are fully interchangeable
• Confirming your compliance with surface profile, environmental conditions and dry film thickness (DFT) specifications and standards
• For coating inspectors, applicators, blast workers, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, process control, quality assurance

Calibration:

• PCWI can calibrate your coating thickness, DPM and SPG or Testex Gauges and probes. Contact us to arrange a quote.
• Calibration Interval: We recommend that customers establish calibration intervals based upon their own experience, work environment and quality procedures. Based on our product knowledge, data and customer feedback, a one year calibration interval is a good starting point.
