Product Information
DeFelsko PosiTest AT Pull-off Adhesion Testers measure the adhesion of coatings to metal, wood, concrete and other rigid substrates. Available in manual and automatic versions with 20 mm, 50 mm, 50x50 mm Tile and C1583 dollies and stand-offs.
Applications
- Measures substrate adhesion and inter-coat adhesion of coating systems
- Evaluate the adhesion (pull-off strength) of a coating by determining the greatest tensile pull-off force that it can withstand before detaching
- Determine if a paint or coating system is fit-for-purpose and ready to meet the quality demands of job specifications
- Conforms to international standards including ASTM C1583/D4541/D7234/D7522, ISO 4624/16276-1, EN 1542/12004-2, AS/NZS 1580.408.5 and others

Calibration, Service and Repairs:
- PCWI can service and calibrate your coating adhesion tester. Contact us to arrange a quote.
- Calibration Interval: We recommend that customers establish calibration intervals based upon their own experience, work environment and quality procedures. Based on our product knowledge, data and customer feedback, a one year calibration interval is a good starting point.
- Calibrations are NATA traceable. We can arrange NATA endorsed calibration if required.
DeFelsko Authorised Service Centre:
- PCWI is a DeFelsko Authorized Service Center (DASC).
- We use DeFelsko equipment, processes and systems to provide a manufacturer equivalent calibration for your instrument.
- Your calibration certificate will be DeFelsko / PCWI branded and available on DeFelsko's PosiTrack system.
- We can repair, service or trade in old / damaged instruments depending on age and condition.
