Coating Thickness Standards are an essential part of any coating inspection tool kit allowing the user to calibrate and check the accuracy of all coating thickness gauges. Manufactured by PCWI, the sets are available in Ferrous and Non-Ferrous and consist of a zero and four coated plates. Each set comes with a calibration certificate.

• For PCWI standards, as the manufacturer with original readings on file, we can certify to high accuracy CLASS 1, as if it was a new set.
• Calibration Interval: We recommend that customers establish calibration intervals based upon their own experience, work environment and quality procedures. Based on our product knowledge, data and customer feedback, a one year calibration interval is a good starting point.
