Product Information
The DeFelsko PosiTector SPG range of surface profile gauges are ideal for measuring the surface profile of blasted steel, textured coatings and concrete profile.
Applications
- Surface Profile Gauges use a digital depth micrometer to measure and record peak to valley surface profile heights in preparation for the application of coatings
- Alumina wear face and tungsten carbide tip for long life and continuous accuracy—field replaceable
- Quantify the profile height of non-skid surfaces, and to evaluate the Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) prior to applying coatings on concrete.

- Calibration Interval: We recommend that customers establish calibration intervals based upon their own experience, work environment and quality procedures. Based on our product knowledge, data and customer feedback, a one year calibration interval is a good starting point.
